Norway and Scandinavia have an expected delivery time of 2-5 working days and the rest of the world 4-10 business days after the order confirmation has been received by mail, as long as all goods are available in stock at the time of ordering. All orders are processed and sent out Monday – Friday. Orders placed during the weekend and on public holidays are treated the next usual working day.

For packages that are not collected within the deadline, Cermino.com reserves the right to charge a fee of 149 Nok. and the package is returned to us. Unclaimed packages are not normally included in the right of withdrawal.
You can follow your package with the tracking number stated on the order confirmation you receive by mail. If you need the tracking number sent again, just contact customer service.
Returns
For your purchases, the return right applies for 14 days from the time you pick up the parcel or have received the item upon delivery at the door.
You are responsible for the return cost and return to us. If we receive a return that is outside the return right deadline, the package will be returned to you. However, if you want a new item, we will cover the shipping cost for the new item back to you.
If you wish to return your order, you can easily do this by placing the item in its original packaging and fill out the form you have received with the package and stick it on to the package. Deliver it to your nearest post office and give us the details of the shipment. When returning in Norway you can also use megtildeg.no if this is easier for you. Here you can easily order the return of the item and it will be picked up in your own mailbox overnight.
Once we have received the package and checked that it is in the correct condition, the amount will be refunded to your account within 14 business days. The refund period may vary depending on which bank or card issuer you have. If anything is unclear please feel free to contact us.

A return assumes that the item is in the same condition as when you received it and completely unused. All original tags should hang on the garment. Goods with stains, strong odors or otherwise added we will consider the product used. Any defects can be considered as a complaint but then please contact us before returning the product. We are not responsible for any customs fees.
